Participation Guidelines

1. 1All nominations must be submitted on the official Verve Management link.
2. 2Nominations are valid only if submitted via https://cxloyaltymena.com or to awards@verve-management.com.
3. 3More supporting documents increase trust and jury weightage.
4. 4A separate nomination must be submitted for each category.
5. 5All nominations will be evaluated by appointed honorable jury members.
6. 6Jury decisions are final and cannot be challenged.
7. 7The official language is English; all communication must be in English.
8. 8In case of a tie, the Jury Chairperson has the final decision.
9. 9All nomination information is confidential and accessed only by jury members and Verve Management.
10. 10No nomination details will be published or marketed in public communications.
11. 11Nominators may be contacted for additional information if required.
12. 12Physical supporting documents can be sent to 1702 & 1706, Al Mazaya BB2, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE, addressed to Divianshi Vaswani.
13. 13Winners will be announced by jury members or Verve Management during the awards evening only.
14. 14Verve Management will confirm receipt of nominations by email.
15. 15Only nominations with authorized signatures and stamps are valid.
16. 16All fields in the nomination form are mandatory; incomplete or irrelevant information will be disqualified.
17. 17If sending by email, use subject line: YOUR COMPANY NAME & NOMINATION: (MENTION THE CATEGORY).
